How many different types of studios are there?+
There are 3 different types of studios. The floor plan and amenities are nearly identical. The main differences are: ground-floor studios have a patio and garden, 1st-floor studios have a large balcony, and top-floor studios have vaulted ceilings and a small balcony with a great view.
What is the minimum rental period?+
We will typically give preference to rental periods of 12 months or more. However, we do sign tenants for shorter rental periods if availability allows.
Can I pre-book a studio?+
Yes, we allow for pre-booking in exchange for a non-refundable three-month deposit.
What is the maximum occupancy of the studios?+
Given their sizes and provided furnishings, our studios are ideal for a single individual or for a couple (only one bed is provided).
Can I sublet my studio if I have to leave on internship?+
Yes, you can. The process is hassle-free as you would still be the primary tenant in the rental contract.
